Chad joined Seed Company in August 2019 as the finance controller. He was named chief financial officer in January 2020. Prior to his time at Seed Company, Chad served as a senior auditor within KPMG’s financial services practice. For five years, he served as both the CFO and COO of a not-for-profit, faith-based university in Uganda. He holds an undergraduate degree in missiology, a master of business administration, and master’s degrees in both finance and accounting. He is also a certified public accountant. Married 16 years, Chad and his wife have four children and live in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area.
