Before Sawnya joined Seed Company in December 2018, she gained diverse experience in human resources, business analysis, church administration, and software application development. As Chief Operating Officer at Seed Company, Sawnya finds joy in cultivating a flourishing environment where all people can discover their kingdom contribution, embrace their calling, and develop their vocational growth to achieve organizational outcomes. She enjoys delivering results using an interdisciplinary approach encompassing organizational development, technology, strategic leadership, learning and development, and agile practices. 

Sawnya holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a Master of Theological Studies complemented by cross-disciplinary business coursework, and a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree. 

Sawnya and her husband, James, have been married for over 20 years and enjoy life’s journey together with their family and friends.
