Residents are paid a monthly stipend.

Are travel expenses covered?

Travel expenses for training are covered.

Do I need to pay for educational coursework?

Seed Company will cover all costs of education in the program.

Should I apply if I don’t meet all the requirements?

Please apply as some requirements are weighted.

Are residents required to live in DFW or is working remotely an option?

Working remotely is an option as long as it is possible for residents to remain well-connected with the other members of their cohort and program administrative staff.

If I successfully complete the program, what are my career opportunities?

The goal of this program is to equip people to serve within the Bible translation movement as a translation consultant at Seed Company or another Bible translation organization. Our desire is for residents to go where they feel called. The skills learned in the program will transfer well to international consulting, mentoring in technical fields, and international relations.

What happens if I decide not to finish the program?

Seed Company desires everyone to successfully pursue their God-given call. The program will have opportunities each year for the resident and Seed Company leadership to determine if this is the right pathway for them.
