Nate is a proven Entrepreneur who founded Foreman Therapy Services (FTS) in 2011 as a very naive 27-year-old. Over the next 9 years, FTS bootstrapped its way to become an industry-leading Healthcare Staffing company with > 400 employees and was sold to The Delta Companies (TDC) for an above-market EBITDA multiple in March 2020. TDC is one of the largest Healthcare Staffing companies in the US and a subsidiary of Tokyo-based, Mitsui & Co. which is one of the largest holding companies in the world. FTS’ growth was achieved both organically and through acquisitions. Organic growth was attained by being mission-focused, culture-obsessed, and building a strong leadership team. FTS also completed 7 “bolt-on” acquisitions over the years to gain market-share and expand nationally. Throughout his career, Nate has paid a great deal of “Dummy Tax” and looks forward to helping others learn from his mistakes made over the years. Nate currently serves as the President of Fore Advisory, and lives in East Dallas with his wife Alyssa, 3 kids, and 2 dogs. In his free time, he enjoys golf and spending time with his family.
